The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Account Director to join our Client Services team — a natural leader, strategic thinker, and relationship builder who knows how to turn great partnerships into great work.

As Account Director, you’ll be at the heart of that mission: nurturing long-term client relationships, driving business growth, and collaborating with our talented creative and strategy teams to deliver exceptional work.

You'll be based in LA, but open to travel across the West Coast.

This is a pivotal role in our studio — one where your voice, vision, and leadership will help shape what we do and how we do it.

What you'll do

• Be the trusted partner to our clients — guiding them with confidence, clarity, and creative ambition

• Spot opportunities to grow accounts, pitch new ideas, and unlock potential

• Lead with empathy — motivating your team, solving problems, and bringing calm to the chaos

• Keep projects sharp — on time, on budget, and on brief

• Champion B-Corp values, making work that’s not only creatively strong but socially and environmentally conscious

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years of agency experience in client services or brand design, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and leading cross-functional teams.

• A natural communicator and connector, fluent in bridging strategic insight with compelling narrative.

• Confident in the detail while comfortable navigating ambiguity—you thrive on solving complex problems and keeping momentum.

• Energised by people, big ideas, and shaping experiences that leave a lasting impression.

• Committed to delivering purpose-driven work that creates a meaningful impact far beyond the brief.
