Senior Brand Designer
About Your Studio
YourStudio is a dynamic strategy and creative agency specialising in next-generation experiences and environments for global brands. With studios in London, Melbourne, New York and LA, we work supportively as one global team to deliver award-winning experiences that are recognised globally.
The Opportunity
The Senior Brand Designer translates insight into powerful storytelling — turning knowledge of the fast-changing global consumer landscape into stunning, precedent-setting design. As a senior creative, they lead projects with fresh thinking, strong craft and creative confidence, while helping to shape the quality and culture of design across the studio.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll bring big ideas and translate these into tangible, emotionally resonant retail experiences that drive human connection — designed to captivate, connect audiences, and shape culture.
Success in this role unlocks greater creative ambition for the team, deeper trust with clients, and a richer pipeline of work that reflects the studio’s reputation for excellence.
What You'll Do
Creative Execution & Direction
• Deliver and oversee high-quality brand design across multiple concurrent projects — from brief distillation through to final delivery, including supplier and partner management.
• Translate insights into impactful, multi-sensory visual solutions that push creative boundaries while remaining purposeful, strategic and on-brand.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of craft and presentation across all outputs.
Client & Project Oversight
• Act as a confident creative voice in client-facing presentations, workshops and pitches — engaging and inspiring with clarity and conviction.
• Build trusted client relationships grounded in a deep understanding of their audience, sector and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for creative growth.
• Contribute to project scoping, resourcing and timelines — proactively spotting issues to keep work on track and on budget.
Collaboration & Process
• Support the Design Director in briefing, directing and providing feedback to junior, mid-weight and freelance talent.
• Work collaboratively across disciplines — contributing to a culture of shared ownership, creative rigour and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to new business opportunities through standout work and strong client relationships.
Leadership & Collaboration
Senior Brand Designers are trusted creative leads within the studio. They support and guide junior and mid-weight designers by providing clear, constructive feedback that sharpens both ideas and craft. They lead with confidence and calm, creating space for others to contribute and grow.
At this level, leadership is directional and coaching-led: setting a high creative bar, modelling strong working habits, and helping others navigate feedback and complexity. They collaborate closely with Design Directors, Project Managers and Client Services teams to ensure smooth delivery and creative coherence across projects.
