The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Mid-weight Brand Designer with motion expertise to join our team—someone who brings craft, curiosity, and a sharp eye for detail to every brief. This is a chance to turn powerful insights into precedent-setting design and shape brand worlds that inspire real human connection.
At YourStudio, we blend physical, digital and sensory experiences to bring bold ideas to life. As a key creative voice on our team, you’ll help craft rich brand narratives through motion and design, contribute to a wide range of exciting global projects, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of strategists, designers, makers and storytellers.
What you'll do
Deliver exceptional 2D and 3D motion design—from concept and storyboard through to delivery
Bring energy, originality and craft to every stage of the creative process
Present work confidently to clients and colleagues, articulating the thinking behind your ideas
Work closely with clients to understand their challenges, audiences and ambitions
Collaborate across teams to shape integrated, multi-sensory brand experiences
Stay ahead of cultural, digital and design trends, always pushing creative boundaries
Contribute to our studio culture and initiatives—including our B-Corp and sustainability commitments
What you'll bring
Minimum 18 months' experience in a mid-level role, in agency
Expert skills in After Effects, with confident editing in Premiere Pro
Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
A strong grasp of brand systems, tone of voice, and design principles
Ability to express ideas clearly through storyboards and treatments
A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and hunger to keep learning
Experience working with clients and partners directly
