Senior Marketing Manager
YourStudio - Senior Marketing Manager - London
YourStudio is a dynamic strategy and experience design agency specialising in creating next-generation experiences and environments for global brands and retailers. With studios in London, Melbourne, New York and LA, we work supportively as one global team to deliver award-winning experiences that are recognised globally. We create brand strategy and immersive environments, leveraging the senses through communication, digital and experience design. Our mission is to inspire human connection, with sustainable thinking embedded.
We’re incredibly proud of the people who make YourStudio what it is. That pride is reflected in being named one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025, and in our status as a certified B Corp. It’s more than a badge — it’s a commitment to building a creative studio where people thrive, and where meaningful, values-led work comes to life every day.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and deliver a global marketing and PR strategy that drives awareness, reputation, and new business opportunities for YourStudio.
Working closely with the VP Growth and Partnerships Director, you’ll design and implement a coordinated marketing approach across all studios — bringing together content, communications, PR, social media, events, and thought leadership to elevate the YourStudio brand and strengthen our position as leaders in retail strategy, design and experience.
This is a hands-on role for a strategic thinker who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment - working closely with both internal teams and external partners.
Role & Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a global marketing and PR strategy aligned with business and growth objectives.
- Partner with the VP Growth and Partnerships Director to translate commercial priorities into marketing activity.
- Identify and design an awards plan appropriate for YS, integrated with PR and events efforts.
- Manage and track the marketing budget, ensuring efficient and measurable ROI.
Brand & Communications
- Lead all brand communications, ensuring consistency and creativity across channels.
- Manage the YourStudio website, overseeing content updates, SEO, and general performance.
- Contribute to the evolution and ongoing development of the agency’s brand identity and tone of voice.
- Manage internal company communications, supporting leadership in storytelling and employee engagement.
- Create and distribute a regular cadence of company news, project launches, and studio updates.
Content & Social Media
- Own and manage all social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, website blog, newsletters), ensuring a consistent and engaging voice.
- Manage and mentor the Content Creator to deliver a regular calendar of rich, relevant content — from behind-the-scenes stories to future-insights, to thought leadership pieces.
- Originate and manage coverage of all agency projects, including photoshoots, interviews, features, and post-launch storytelling.
- Collaborate with creative and project teams to source stories, assets, and case studies that showcase the best of YourStudio’s work.
- Ensure all our marketing assets and outputs are fully client and copyright cleared.
PR & Thought Leadership
- Develop and manage press relationships across design, retail, and creative media.
- Identify and secure opportunities for leadership visibility — including speaking engagements, award entries, interviews, and panel discussions.
- Support the positioning of YourStudio’s leadership team through authored content, opinion pieces, and external communications.
Campaigns & Events
- Plan and deliver campaign activity around major launches, awards, and industry events.
- Ensure YourStudio’s presence at key global events (e.g. NRF, Euroshop, FT Future of Retail, etc.) is consistent, visible, and effective. And explore adjacent creative festival.
You
- 7+ years’ experience in marketing or communications, ideally within a creative, design, or brand agency.
- Confident strategic thinker with hands-on delivery skills.
- Excellent written and visual communication ability; comfortable developing copy and briefing creative assets.
- Experience managing PR agencies, freelancers, and external partners.
- Highly organised and proactive, able to juggle multiple priorities across global teams.
- Passionate about design, culture, and the changing world of brand experience
