The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who is as people-focused as they are detail-driven — someone who builds trust effortlessly, thrives on collaboration, and brings fresh energy to every challenge. You’ll help nurture and grow key client relationships, oversee project delivery with clarity and confidence, and play a vital role in shaping how we deliver world-class service across the business.
- Become a trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and ambitions — and helping them achieve their goals through strategic, creative solutions.
- Manage projects from end to end: Lead the smooth onboarding of new work into the studio, ensuring timelines, budgets, and communication flow effortlessly across teams and stakeholders.
- Drive growth and opportunity: Identify ways to grow accounts and expand scopes of work by keeping your finger on the pulse of our clients’ sectors and emerging industry trends.
- Be financially savvy: Take responsibility for budgets, billing schedules, and project scoping, ensuring commercial success across your portfolio of work.
- Support and motivate the team: Work closely with our designers, strategists, and project managers to deliver high-quality, insight-led creative work. Help foster collaboration and be a positive influence across the studio.
- Champion communication: Act as the main conduit between clients and the studio — ensuring clarity, accuracy, and momentum in every interaction.
- Lead by example: Help shape the client services offering, support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, and contribute to evolving our tools and processes.
- Be purpose-driven: Uphold our commitment to B-Corp values by considering people, planet, and purpose in every client relationship and project decision.
You
- Proven experience in client or account management within a creative, brand, or experience design agency.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and scopes.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset — calm under pressure and confident in ambiguity.
- A collaborative spirit with a passion for creativity and delivering excellent work.
- Curiosity about brands, culture, and the ever-evolving consumer landscape.
