YourStudio is a dynamic strategy and experience design agency specialising in creating next-generation experiences and environments for global brands and retailers. With studios in London, Melbourne, New York and LA, we work supportively as one global team to deliver award-winning experiences that are recognised globally. We create brand strategy and immersive environments, leveraging the senses through communication, digital and experience design. Our mission is to inspire human connection, with sustainable thinking embedded.
We’re incredibly proud of the people who make YourStudio what it is. That pride is reflected in being named one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025, and in our status as a certified B Corp. It’s more than a badge — it’s a commitment to building a creative studio where people thrive, and where meaningful, values-led work comes to life every day.
The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Artworker to join our growing team — someone who loves turning bold creative ideas into flawless final artwork across print, digital, motion, and environmental formats.
At YourStudio, you’ll work on everything from brand campaigns and in-store environments to OOH, POS, and social content, ensuring every output is pixel-perfect, production-ready, and on brand. You’ll also play a pivotal role in deck work, helping the team prepare compelling client presentations that communicate ideas with clarity and impact.
This role is perfect for an artworker who is detail-obsessed, technically excellent, and excited to flex across multiple formats, while being part of a collaborative, forward-thinking studio.
What you'll do:
- Produce high-quality, production-ready artwork for print, digital, retail environments, OOH, and packaging.
- Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats and specifications, maintaining design integrity.
- Create on-brand 2D and 3D visuals, social media assets, short-form video content, and motion graphics.
- Support the team with deck work, ensuring presentations and pitches are visually sharp and consistent.
- Retouch images and prepare artwork files to the highest production standards.
- Collaborate with Designers, Design Directors, Client Services, and suppliers to deliver projects on time.
- Maintain brand consistency and pixel-perfect detail across all outputs.
- Stay up to date with design trends, creative tools, and production techniques, bringing fresh ideas into the studio.
- Contribute to brainstorming and creative culture, sharing inspiration and suggesting new approaches.
- Support our B-Corp commitments, threading sustainability and positive impact into your work.
What you'll bring:
- Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D for digital and motion outputs is advantageous.
- Proven experience in creating print-ready and digital artwork across campaigns, brand identities, toolkits, and multi-channel rollouts.
- A meticulous eye for detail, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards under tight deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills and the confidence to liaise directly with clients, suppliers, and cross-disciplinary teams.
- A proactive mindset — excited by learning, problem solving, and contributing to culture and innovation.
