The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join our team — someone with a strong visual eye, creative energy, and the craft skills to turn insights into stunning, precedent-setting design. This role blends hands-on design with creative leadership, bringing fresh thinking and attention to detail across every brief.
What you'll do:
- Deliver exceptional visual design across branding, digital, environmental and motion-led projects, from concept through to final execution.
- Confidently present and articulate your creative thinking to colleagues and clients, inspiring teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate across disciplines to bring integrated experiences to life, balancing creative flair with commercial awareness.
- Support the creation of compelling presentation decks and pitch materials, ensuring ideas are expressed visually and persuasively for clients and stakeholders
- Research, experiment, and draw inspiration from culture, design, and human behaviour to push boundaries and evolve your craft.
- Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a strong studio culture of collaboration and creativity.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners and colleagues, representing the YourStudio ethos in every interaction.
- Contribute proactively to our creative culture and sustainability initiatives and supporting our B-Corp values.
You
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects a plus).
- Strong portfolio of visual design work across branding, graphic systems, and digital/motion outputs.
- A sharp eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency.
- Experience in mentoring or providing creative feedback to other designers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Awareness of current design, digital and cultural trends.
- A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and passion for continual growth.
