The Role
Our Creative Operations team is a key conduit in creating and fostering human connection; giving our clients a world class service and supporting the creative team to produce pioneering work.
As Senior Project Manager, you’ll manage a broad range of integrated creative projects - with a focus on built environment projects. You will be delivering innovative projects that push boundaries. The Senior Project Manager is key in instilling confidence in all stakeholders as well as the team.
You’ll be a positive motivator of people, a problem solver and a lateral thinker, comfortable with ambiguity and applying mental agility to projects as well as enjoying the details and being excited about delivering pioneering work.
An important aspect of this role is being able to deliver and manage profitable creative projects, building thorough in-house processes to ensure smooth project-running across the full life cycle, overseeing the creative resource in the studio and working collaboratively with the creative team, the client and our partners and suppliers to realise the creative vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceptional project management of the delivery of pitches and projects against agreed budgets and timelines.
- Onboarding projects into the studio smoothly.
- In collaboration with the client services team, providing exceptional end-to-end client service and seeking opportunities to grow scopes of work.
- Ensuring collaboration between individuals, teams and businesses.
- Financial accountability of projects, and management of project resource.
- Display exceptional communications skills. You’ll be the main conduit of coordination and timely information from studio to clients, partners, landlords and contractors and suppliers, including senior stakeholders or C-suite teams in large organisations
- Regularly reviewing tools, systems and processes and helping to ensure that the right tools, systems and processes exist within the business.
You
- 5+ years agency or in-house experience.
- Demonstrable experience managing built environment projects, from concept through to delivery.
- An architectural background would be advantageous, with good literacy levels of technical drawings and specifications.
- Exceptional communicator.
- Strong commercial acumen, with demonstrable experience of managing complex projects to time and budget.
